Is this an acceptable rf tether?

In the sienna, the seat is in the third row, center. I tethered the radian to the middle seat's front, right(looking towards the front of the vehicle) bar under the track. There wasn't enough hand room to put it on the back bar and I couldn't find any underspace under the track. I have a ffing seat tethered to the tether anchor of that middle-most seat.

Is the tether in a straight line or is it bent? Is it tethered to something bolted down?

It's off to the right. The bar thing is bolted to the floor. I wish the camera was compatible with this stupid OS dh put on this computer. (Lynix) If it was, I'd gladly supply pictures.
