Cause that's what the inlaws bought our GD.

They seem nice from what I've seen playing with them in the store. :)

Whoa, spendy! :o

Safe if used properly, but kind of a beast to use properly (it has a puzzle buckle, the handle MUST be down when driving, and it's a total bear to install with the seatbelt)... not much padding in the back, and the headwings supposedly (I haven't seen it) cause headflop.

I'm sure it'll be convenient for awhile, if it'll install in her car and she can figure out a system to get the handle down (she has a two door, right? Might take some propping the seat on her knee to get that handle down, and then slipping it into the base).

They are my least favorite infant seat.

They are hard to install with a seatbelt, and once you do get it in, it loosens very easily. Although it's not one of the standard recommended uses for a locking clip, I'm going to start using them on seatbelt installs with that seat because of the loosening issue.

Peg actually recommends using LATCH instead, which is usually very easy, but of course you must have LATCH in your chosen position.

The puzzle buckle is a PITA. The handle is a PITA.

For the cost of that seat, I'd expect a lot more.

That said, it's perfectly safe to use (if used correctly).
