Question about my Mac stroller?

I have a question that maybe someone can help me with regarding my Quest stroller. On the right brake side yesterday it was making a noise almost like the brake was dragging a bit b/c once I checked it the noise stopped. Well today it did it again but this time nothing changed or it slowed down. If there is a problem I like to exchange it before it's too late (ordered it on ebay) What could this be?

It may be the brake rubbing. Mine does it to and I have only had it a few days. It is worse when I turn left. It's kind of annoying but if I bump it just a bit it stops.
