regent long path install

I am now not so sure I have my regent installed correctly. I will take a picture of my install to double check. Thanks for the suggestion. Can someone explain how to double check if I have the latch straps threaded correctly for the long path. In English unlike the directions. I went back over them again when I was checking my install and can't be sure I understand. They couldn't possibly make this any harder.
