Is it any good? I have not seen one and it is hard to tell from pics
but how deep and comfy is the seat? Do taller people kick the wheels? I
tried dd in a Maxi Cosi Perle and hated it, the seat (under her bottom)
is not deep enough it seemed like she would fall off of it and the leg
rest didnt fold down enough to be able to reach the foot rest. So I am
wondering if it is like that?
I am also considering a Baby Planet Solo...I REALLY want a Joovy Kooper
and was trying for one on ebay but the price went a bit too high so I
figured I would wait for the next listing since the seller sells only
Joovy strollers...well they are out of strollers! I cant afford $200
for it either. :(
I would just gat a Maclaren if it wasnt for the small basket and being
tippy with anything on them, since there are a few on ebay for a great
price.
I need to spend under $100...maybe slightly over. And I have to have a
stroller by 3/6 (going to disney)

Dont want to rent one either because I really do need a new stroller, so it will be my main stroller also.

I don't know about the Mia Moda Veloce but you should consider the Esprit Sunspeed (same as RockStar Candy strollers just the "cheaper" model). You didn't mention the age of your child but I have one of these and they are terrific. They have a great sunshade, complete recline for naps, you can load up the handles with tons of stuff without it being tippy (unless there is no one in the stroller then I just throw my diaper bag in the seat to off set the weight). It costs $115 comes in 4 colors (apple green (which I have), orange, ice blue and pink). I think officially it is rated to 40-45 pounds but I read somewhere that the manufacturer had tested it at 55 pounds and it was fine). I also have the Maclaren Volo and it IS very tippy and I don't think its that great a stroller for littler kids (I use it for my 3 1/2 year old but my 17 month old doesn't look very comfy in it yet). The Volo is really nice and light. The Esprit is a bit heavier (I wouldn't want to carry it around for long) but has all the features of a full size stroller without being one. We are taking both of these to Disney in May. Oh and one more thing, I have long legs and have problems kicking some strollers but I don't have that problem with either of these strollers. Good luck.

DD is turning 2 in 3 weeks. I did see that stroller on ebay (new) by a seller a few towns away but I read reviews on it and none of them were good :(
So I decided not to bid on it, I did like they look of it though...maybe I will reconsider.
