I just got my Signo today and when I install it for my 23 month old 28 pound son I cant get it to recline much. I tried a towel under it, but think I may have to go buy a pool noodle. My 4yr old is in a ff Como in the 3ed row and looks way more reclined. This is my 4yr old in pic because baby is sleeping. Does the seat have to recline much more?

That looks like an acceptable recline for an older child

(I thought for a moment the child in the seat was your 23 month old and was all, "Holy long torso batbaby! )

That looks about the same recline I was able to get with my daughter's como when she was rear facing.

Thank you. Now I will not have to search for pool noodles. I sure wasn't wanting to drive the 30 mile both ways tonight!!

Oh, was your 4 year old comfy like that? I am still trying to figure out what convertible I want to get for my baby.

My 4 yr old loves sitting like that,He would go back to rf in a heartbeat if he did not weigh too much. He rode in his Como today for the first time, and he fell asleep. He never sleeps in the car , he REALLY LOVES that seat. I know alot of people don't like it because it makes some kids too hot,not a problem with him since he has a problem keeping himself warm(due to stroke),even in summer time. I like both Signo and Como.

THanks! I keep hearing and seeing about the lack of rf leg room, so I was curious.

unless his head flops, indicating he personally needs more recline (as every kid is different0, it looks great to me... I wouldn't try to get more.

Our signo was pretty upright like that too. Not a ton of legroom w/o using a pool noodle pyramid and really tweaking the angle as i tightened the latch.

Its probably ok

Picture #2 appears to be really upright, but when I measure your angle on the 3rd picture, I get between 36 and 37 degrees. So that should be fine :).

Thank You, I also thought that one looked too upright, I guess it was the way I took the pic:confused:.
