My car isn't latch equipped and I am trying to find out where I can purchase the latches for my car dealership to install.

You aren't able to retrofit a car to have LATCH installed. The seatbelt works just as well to install a seat.
If you by chance mean the tether anchor, (which is what you attach the belt coming out from the top of the seat to the vehicle,) then you just need to call your local dealer for the make of your car.

What is the model and year of your vehicle? Most vehicles cannot be retrofitted with the lower LATCH anchors (those are the ones down on the base of the seat). You can often retrofit the top tether anchors in many vehicles. If you can tell us about your vehicle, hopefully someone can provide information on how to go about getting those top tethers installed.
It is a good idea to use the top tether anchors for either a LATCH or seatbelt install on a forward facing carseat. My car doesn't have lower LATCH anchors, but does have the top tether anchors which I utilize with my seatbelt installed carseats.
