How to raise the harness on the como

I'm having the hardest time. The manual is very vague and skips steps....

It says to remove the rear cover which is that grey thing, but how do you get it off!? It doesn't say how to! I'm so lost and confused...this seat is very confusing!

You have to pop/pry the gray plastic harness cover out of the notches that hold it in place on the lower part of the back of the Como's shell to access the harness splitter plate to rethread the harness through the shoulder harness slots. The gray plastic cover falls off without hardly any prompting on our Signo and Como, lol, but others apparently fit more snugly.

Do you pry it off with a certain tool? the bottom portion comes off fine, but the top part is stuck on there!

No extra tools, just fingers or hands. :) If you have the bottom of the gray plastic cover out of the notches already, then it should be relatively easy to pull it out the rest of the way at the top just by tugging on it a bit more IMHO.

Yeah, mine requires some elbow grease. But once you get one side off, the other isn't as bad.
