Baby Jogger: Performance Series vs City Mini

Can anyone give me their impressions of the performance series in comparison to the City Mini? I have discovered that not all double strollers are created equally when you put in consideration of insurance payment.

I really liked the idea of the City Mini because of how small it packed down. It goes up to 100 lbs, which would work for now. But I cannot find a single DME supplier who feels it is equipped for special needs. However, the Performance Series IS. It goes up to 150 lbs.

What I need to know, really, is how does this one break down in size to the city mini? Have any of you preferred it over the city mini? Any thoughts or ideas are welcome.

Wow, that's interesting. The Performance series is just that...it's for performance jogging. That stroller is for serious joggers and runners.

The Baby Jogger "City Series" line would be more practical for someone looking for a stroller for their SNs child.

It doesn't even have the well known Baby Jogger fold.

I would NOT get the Performance stroller unless you plan on preparing yourself for a marathon :whistle:
