That's what I'm guessing happened. And I ordered a few hours ago, so my fingers are crossed it doesn't happen again. At this point I kinda need another seat like I need another hole in my head, but I know I will need it sometime in the next year, so I might as well get it now.

I got a Midnight Dessert. Do I need one? No. I have 2 kids and this makes 5 seats. I already have 2 sitting in my living room not being used. But we just played with a Signo at Target today and I loved it.. I wish this was a Signo. :(

Do you use them in more then 1 car? That's my problem. We only use 1 car for car seats... so only 2 are ever being used. But it's good to have options right... :rolleyes:

She fits so nicely in it too and it is a breeze to install in my car..........I just can't justify it :(

Yeah, after the nightmare experience I had w/Recaro and the Como I had bought originally, I swore the same thing. But $105 for a back-up seat in DH's van? Meh, I'm okay with it.

Yeah, I was leaning toward "never never" too but at about the same price as shipping an AVENUE to you for a seat with a higher weight limit and slightly higher slots... Well, it's worth it to me, even with a few years off its life. (Suffice to say I have a lot of kids.)
