Anyone interested in a Maxx New York Tote/Diaper Tote?

This is my all time favorite bag, but I don't use it as much anymore. Would anyone here be interested in it? I am asking $35 shipped. Excellent condition from a pet/smoke free home. It is a stylish tote, but makes a great diaper tote also.:D
