nautilus...extra stap and red handle????

I just assembled my GN and noticed an extra stap with a red plastic handle attached to it. It came separate, packaged with the instruction booklet.....I could not find any reference to what it is for......does anyone have any idea what this piece is????

I think the piece you're referring to is the belt-positioning strap for when you use the seat in backless mode. The online manual (http://www.gracobaby.com/Instruction%20Manuals/ISPC110BB_ISPC125BA.pdf) from the American Graco site refers to it on page 51.

It is a belt positioner for when you use just the no back booster, the strap wraps around the back of it somehow then the seatbelt goes through the red piece. :)
