Does anyone know where and if there are tether anchors in a 1989 Ford crew cab and in a 1985 extra cab?

The LATCH manual says that '85--'88 models have drilled holes for use with generic hardware, and directs people to the owner's manual for instructions. It says that most locations are marked with a T or X.
The manual might also allow a child restraint installed in the front seat to be tethered to a seatbelt in the back seat. (But the instructions vary, so check the manual.)
The LATCH manual doesn't break things down by type of cab for those years, but for F-130 through 350, for 1985-96, it says there are drill dimples and slots in the back wall. The dimples can be used for child restraints installed in the front seat if there are center-facing jump seats. If there are forward-facing rear seats (vehicle seats), the anchors can be used for those.
Part number for the hardware is E5TZ 15613D20-A.
It looks like Ford will install for free, but only on 1989 or later models.
