I have a 2004 Grand Caravan and I think I need to use a locking clip with my seat belt install but I'm not sure. It's much warmer in here than outside so I just thought I'd ask here first before I go check out my belts. LOL :)

No, your vehicle has locking latchplates, which means they lock the lap belt at the buckle. The shoulder portion will still be free-moving, but the lap belt is what holds the seat tight anyway. If there is some slipping of the belt, you can flip the male end of the latchplate over 180* to hold it tight.

So even though the shoulder belt will move when the seat is installed (which it did), I don't need one? What exactly do you mean by flipping it over? Thanks so much for your help!

Yes, your shoulder belt will move, but the lap portion should be locked. Even in cars where the shoulder belt locks, it's the lap portion that holds the seat in.
By flipping it over, she means that you can buckle it "upside down." Instead of buckling it the normal way, flip the latchplate (the "male" end that you put into the buckle) over one time. That's not always necessary--only if the installation loosens.

What seat are you installing in which position? Is it not possible to use the LATCH for some reason?
But yeah, you have a locking latchplates, pretty easy for seat installs, usually :)
