Cosmetics Settlement

Anyone hear about this? It's going on now. The participating stores are listed on the site above although Lord and Taylor isn't listed and the one in the mall near my office IS participating. I just went to the mall at lunch, stopped at Macy's first. 5 minutes in line, sign a paper that I received my product, got a Lancome full-size mascara. Then I walked through Lord and Taylor on my way back out to the car and got a full-size bottle of Chanel Mademoiselle body lotion (which I love, happen to be wearing the perfume today as a matter of fact).

You don't have to prove that you purchased any of the cosmetics or fragrances during the affected time period. (Although I did, lots of it! LOL) No ID required, etc.

I had halfway planned to go, but decided it wasn't worth getting myself and three kids out the door. I figured it would be a zoo at the counters or they would have run out of the settlement freebies by the time I got there. At this point in my life, I'm all about AVOIDING hassle. :o

eta: I've been buying Lancombe and Clinique for 10+ years, so I would be included in the settlement.
