Skip Hop Orange Saddlebag

I have a orange Skip Hop Saddlebag for sale. It was used 10 times at most but somehow has some black spots on the outside of the bag. The interior looks unused. Retails for $28, so I was thinking $20 shipped, OBO. Pictures below. I tried to get the spots but it was hard, if you need more pictures I can take more.
