The Frontier has about an inch more in harness height.

Thanks for the pictures!

Can you tell me what slot he is on his DC and how much more torso growing room he has on it and how much more on the Frontier?

So, did he get his present early  (or has it been his birthday already, and I missed that). I can never wait with presents!

He has about 1.5" in the Decathlon, top slots of course.

So he has aabout 2.5 inches more in the Frontier than he does in the Decathlon.

I *just* got the XT yesterday, and we HAD to get comparison pics done!

I still haven't given it to him, not until his birthday which is in a few more weeks :) I don't think he knows it's his, as far as I know, he thinks Defrost brought it over - between the two of us we have a ton of seats.

wow... Damian would fit the frontier...

Of course... even if I had the money, and he wouldn't threaten to beat me... I'd have nowhere to put it without putting Ruthie and Jeffrey in the third row (and I hate having the Monterey back there... I can't widen it as much and Jeffrey would eventually run out of room in height.

But MAN... that is one tall booster.

Both!

The XT will be in my mom's car after we move, and the Frontier will be in my van after his birthday.

so as far as booster mode goes on the frontier, is it considered the tallest available right now? I hadn't realized it adjusted so high! Too bad the top slots aren't comparable :(
I get all excited when new seats come out, thinking there might be a good replacement for the regent... but still no. DS will be fine when he outgrows his husky, he is in the top slots at 5.5, but still a good bit to go.

Yes, the Frontier is the tallest available booster.

The 13 year old (Debbie's niece, my babysitter) said it's very comfortable :)

I thought you were talking about the frontier... since the Radian arrived at your house in a box and all... just got confused... two new seats at the house at one time confuses me, so I'm sure he has no clue the frontier is his.

When he outgrows the harnesses, though, you may want to give it to your daughter and put him in a shorter booster (IE, get a boy cover for the Vivo) until she outgrows it, though... cause MAN that's a lot of growrr0om.

I'll probably do that for long trips, or if my mom is still driving the car she has now (older, no side curtain airbags, not very good safety ratings), but I'd be ok with her full time in a backless anytime after she turns 9 I think, she is using a backless on occasion now already, but my van is also the safest minivan ever tested and loaded with safety features so...
