I ordered some from Britax (techs can get them for free). When they come in, I can send one to you FFS, but it may be a few weeks.

if it is for a Radian, you can email Russ and he'll send you one for free (before I sold my Granite Radian, I realized I didn't have the d-ring... it had vanished. I emailed Russ about BUYING a new one... not listed on the store site... and he sent me one free)
