I'm not sure if this is the right board to post to but where can you get pet harnesses for when your pets are in the vehicle?
Any particular brands that I should get?
TIA!
Pet Smart had the pet buckle. It has been crash tested. I will go find the thread I started. Here it is. (http://www.car-seat.org/showthread.php?t=35629)

We use the Ruff Rider (www.ruffrider.com) pet buckle for our German Shepherd.

Love the PetBuckle! I like that it uses actual seatbelt buckles and IMMI connectors.

The Ruff Rider is good too.

I personally don't like trusting my life and my passengers' lives to plastic kwik-clips. My 80 lb coonhound broke three different car harnesses with kwik-clips just moving around the backseat before I found the PetBuckle. My mom uses one like that for her 5 lb poodle, and I don't have a problem with that....but for any dog that's big enough that I wouldn't throw that weight at my kid....I'd go with more substantial buckles.

Yep, I agree. If they aren't crash tested, I won't use them, just like a car seat.

Some claim to be crash tested, too, but really aren't -- I only trust the Ruff Rider & Pet Buckle
