Car Advice please

I am going to start looking for a new car after Christmas and I have no idea where to start looking...

Here are my criteria:
l/s belts in all seats
Headrests in all seats
decent gas mileage (20+ mpg)
will hold up well
decent trunk/cargo area
something that is new enough to still be a "new" car, but that I can find used!

and what I want...
fun to drive
I really want an SUV
seating for 7 would be nice

I have an 2002 Acura MDX. It has...

l/s belts in all seats
Headrests in all seats
decent gas mileage (20+ mpg)- (On Freeway, up to about 24 mpg. Around town about 17 mpg.)
will hold up well
decent trunk/cargo area (but there isn't much if the 2 back seats are up)
something that is new enough to still be a "new" car, but that I can find used!

and what I want...
fun to drive
I really want an SUV
seating for 7 would be nice (it seats 7!)
