Maybe Canadian retailers can get the specs for the seats correct now that they have Canadian numbers to reference.

So, what the heck, I went to this web site today, and it's GONE??? Perhaps it is just down today, but has anyone else checked recently?

If you're trying to access user manuals you can still access the CDN ones from the US site - Britaxusa.com .
http://www.britaxusa.com/customer-service/user-guides/
Just choose the drop down boxes directly across from the Canadian Products list and you'll be able to get the manual that way.

I was trying to find out if they'd put the Chaperone up with "Coming Soon" for us too. :D

I somehow doubt it for a couple of main reasons. But although the Diplomat and pink Frontier are said to arrive by mid May, there has been no words (or on the ordering sheet by retailers) for the Chaperone.
