I was given this site for really cute diaper bags (they are and I want one) and browsing I came across her car seat blanket. I am really disturbed by it and by her photo of the CPSafety and remarks. It leads people to believe it is okay.

I think you should say something. more importantly, I think you should PM jmmatlock (http://car-seat.org/member.php?u=11) who runs the CPSafety site. I'm almost willing to bet the price of that blanket that she is using the logo without permission- and like you said, giving people a false sense of security.

I would definitely send the link to jmmatlock -- this seller is using the logo as if it ensures the safety of the product....

I also love the teeny tiny beads on the infant accessories . . . choking hazard, what? :doh:

Does she really think its a good idea to put a stretchy beaded bracelet on a baby??? I can just see some mom sifting through a dirty diaper looking for parts to a bracelet her daughter ate. Aren't babies cute enough without a freaking accessory. Its not a puppy.

NMS kinda stuff. I don't see anything pertaining to CPSafety anymore but that blanket is definitly not OK to use.

I wonder what the legalities of her selling the wood work made by her buddy -the NCAA and NFL stuff. That stuff is heavily trade marked.
