Can someone with a LATCH manual look this up for me?

I need some info for a parent on where the top tethers should be installed in their vehicles. The car is a 1992 Oldsmobile 98 regency Elite, and a 1996 gmc 3500 (4dr crew cab, 1ton dually). Anyone know? Or does it say?

GM doesn't give any info for pre-2001 vehicles. They don't list part numbers or approved anchor points. However, they will install one TA free of charge in each of those vehicles under Technical Service Bulletin 99-09-40-004.
