RF Tether Spot in a 06 Explorer, 2nd Row

Is there somewhere behind the pssger seat?

There is no plastic coving anything that might have a spot on it.

Any help or pics would be great

You'll have to move the seat up a little, but you can get it around the track of the front passenger seat. It's a little further forward than I would have thought, but there is space to get the D-rings around it.
