For those who have used the EasyFix base with the Maxi Cosi Cabriofix (Euro version)

If there's anyone here who has used one, I need some help with the support leg. The manual says it should lock in the open position, but mine doesn't seem to lock.

So, how does it lock?

I don´t have the Maxi Cosi seat. BUT those legs work pretty much the same way on all the seats. I have another car seat with one such leg.

You can lift the seat and base a bit, while holding the foot of the leg, so it does not move out of position or off the floor. You don´t want the car seat and base right off the car´s seat. The base should remain in full contact with the seat still.

Thanks Lena. So it doesn't "lock" as such, you just extend the leg to the right height and that effectively keeps it "locked" in position? That's sort of what I inferred, but want to make sure I'm doing it correctly.
