Help!! Title says it all :)

I am looking for a Radian 65 OR 80, where is the best bargain right now?

I would even think of a used one at this point! I am tired of moving our blvd/marathon between cars! We have 2 seats but 3 cars, and of course dd loves daddy taking her to school in his truck once a week.

Feel free to move to the shopping and deals thread....I didn't realize it was there :(

Amazon has pretty great prices and sometimes they even have "Super Saver Shipping". I just looked on there because we are considering the radians too. It depends on what color you want, but if you are super desperate then go to amazon.com.

The Radian 65 is $179.95 in the champagne color.
the cheapest I could find the 80 is 219.99 plus shipping in any color.

Personally, I would go with the 65, not only is it cheaper and has free shipping, but usually kids grow out of the seat heightwise before weightwise. Better bang for your buck!
Hope this helps

I've been looking around lately, and it seems like the 65 has dropped from 220 to 180 everywhere, and the 80 has dropped from 280 to 220. I can only assume this is because the XT is about to come out at 290. If you can pick it up locally, that will save you shipping. Or you could order from walmart.com (they don't have it in the stores) and pick up at a local store.

hipmonkey.com. I just ordered the princess from there! Anything over $99 has free shipping and 100% of the net proceeds go to the kyle David miller foundation. Plus for any future purchases the match any price on the same item!!! To me it was too good an offer to pass up and it's all for a great cause!!! Oh yeah and the items are all tax free!!!! So that makes it cheaper than anywhere else... I got my 80 for $219 no tax & free shipping. Even if you go with someone else check it out and the foundations site. Their great people that had the worst thing that could happen, happen. They've turned their loss into something great and helped so many people in their sons name.

Sunshine Kids has dropped the MAP on all the seats until December 25th. At which time they're going to require retailers to set them back

Most manufacturers are reducing the prices until the end of the year because they realize how slow the economy is moving and don't want to lose market share. Also, many retailers have large amounts of stock on hand and need to move it. The temporary price decrease will hopefully allow them to do so.

Regarding the straps, it might depend on the retailer. Whether or not they have old inventory or if they operated on a smaller inventory, thus giving them newer stock.

I have a radian 65 that I'd love to sell. I'd have to go look at the manufacture date, but I bought it new about a year ago. I'd sell it for $115+ shipping. I have no idea what shipping would cost though. It's champagne in color and in perfect condition. It's in the van my husband drives, so it rarely has been used. Let me know if you (or anyone else!) is interested.
