EFTA weight limit changes?

I'm picking up an EFTA today at Walmart and I went on the Evenflo web site to see if the one at Walmart is the same as the one at BRU (it's cheaper at Walmart).

The Evenflo website announced that the weight limits have changed on the EFTA. It now goes up to 35lbs RF and 50lbs FF. I was wondering if there has been a change in the seat to make the weight limit increase or did they just change the limit on the existing seats?

The tag at Walmart definitely said only 30lbs RF.

The limit on the US seat is 35lbs rf'ing and 50lbs ff'ing. The CDN seats are still 30lbs rf'ing and 47lbs ff'ing - at least as of Oct 11. (Most recent DOM on a demo seat at work.)

So my guess is you were seeing the US limits and not the CDN limits. Would be nice if they changed it here, but I don't foresee it in the near future.
