If you're cutting and pasting, make sure there's no space after it..? Click recalculate totals after you enter it. I tested it before I posted it, and it's still working for me on Crocs Mammoth..

Figured it out, Merrell isnt participating, and that was the one item I had in my cart.

For whatever reason it didnt tell me that till after I added crocs in my cart as well, then it said 'Merrell is not participating in the Pre-Holiday Sale promotion.' Thats fine, I can stick with crocs. ;)
