Can I install tether bolts in a 2006 Mercury Monterey?

We have a 2006 Mercury Monterey (Ford Freestar). It has LATCH in both second row seats and the third row middle.

Is it possible to install tether bolts in the other two rear seating positions? I don't care about anchors, which I know isn't possible anyway.

We really like the van, and this is the one my partner wanted, so I went with only having three LATCH positions. It's not the hugest deal right now but I really would like to be able to tether any FF seats we might put back there.

I can't say for sure, but it is pretty unusual for vehicles since 2003 to have optional tether anchors. There are a few, but most new vehicles have everything that is available already installed at the factory.

The manual should mention it if there are optional locations.
