Radian harness height

Hi All:

when I place my son in his radian, his shoulders appear to be 1/2 inch above the 3rd harness slots, but when I place the harness on him, he must scootch a bit, because his shoulders then seem to be a little bit below the slots.

The top slots are up by his ears. Should I move the harness up?

When in doubt, move them up (for forward facing).

Also... do you mean the second from top slots or the top slots? There are five sets of slots on the Radian. :)

There will definitely be a time when you move them up where the straps appear to be coming out close to their ears... this is when I love those harness covers. ;)

One more thing to check... make sure you're feeling with your finger through the cover to the actual slot height. The cover and slot don't quite line up and the cover is misleading with how the straps are actually positioned.

Yes, I do mean the 4th slots (shows how hard I have looked at the seat). I will examine more closely and make a decision. the bonus of the top slots is that my 7 yr old can use it too!
