There is no stains or fading spots that I can see.

The backing on the seat if you look at the picture in between the top slots and the one right below it is a little worn. On the right hand side. All the rest is smooth.

I *may* be interested. I just bought the girly cover that comes in pink and yellow floral (the name escapes me now, go figure). I am still waiting on it to come in the mail,so I don't really *need* another cover, but I have a sick sick obsession and I must feed it! >:)

Anyway- don't hold it on account of me if you get an offer. I will let you know once my other cover arrives.
