Nope. That one has actually been around in stores for quite awhile too.

I know that allport mentioned in another thread that they haven't finished testing the new one to CMVSS standards. They are in the process though. I know the BRU website had 2 new covers on it last time I looked and both were still the old model. You can tell by how close the belt guides are to the top of the seat. :)
