Does this look right?
I've reinstalled it RF with sealtbelts over the weekend. Here are the new pictures. Is the angle to reclined now? What angle do you think it's at?
I had to delete the old pictures because I've reached my upload limit.

Both the lap and shoulder portion of the seatbelt need to be through the lock-off. It's difficult to tell with the pictures if the shoulder portion is in the lock-off or not?

Based on a prior post the OP's baby is 11mos and 20lbs approximately.

At your kiddo's age that angle looks perfectly fine to me. Even a tiny bit more upright would be fine if you need a bit more front seat space, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with the angle it's at right now.

I'd say the angle was perfect if you were putting a newborn in it. :o
It can definitely go more upright. I'd aim for an angle similar to the 3rd picture from the initial upload. :)
That being said, if you have enough front passenger seat space, there is no danger in the seat being this reclined since it's not reclined past the point that the manufacturer allows. It just doesn't have to be this reclined and you'll have more front seat space if it's more upright.
