a "shower cap" style cover for my Safe Seat? I just bought it, from someone, not from a store and seeing as it gets mighty fridgid in my province, would like the cover for babe's comfort. I have a cover but, I find that because the SS has a deeper shell, it doesn't fit properly into it.

Any ideas?

Oh, and when I called Graco a few weeks ago, I asked about the Nautilus and they said that they *think* it will make an appearance in Canada sometime around January 2009....................any ideas as to how much (ballpark) it might sell for here?

Thanks! Oh, and man!!! Am I loving my SS!!!!!!!!

Jolly Jumper advertises their covers to fit the SS1 now too - it's actually the seat shown on the front of the package.

As for arrival of the Nautilus, Graco told TC at the ABC kids show that it's expected to be in stock in warehouses by the end of November, and arriving in stores by end of Dec, early Jan.

I got one for under $15 at Walmart a couple years ago. It is tight, but it fits. It's a little harder to use as baby gets bigger because of feet kicking it, but doable and it kept ds nice and warm.

I've never used (or seen in person) the Dafooni cover metioned previously, but I would get that one (or one like it if there are others) next time I've got a munchkin in a bucket seat. The regular "shower cap" type (that don't tent over the handle like the Dafooni) are only good when your babe is really small. I couldn't use ours past about 5 months because we would have been squishing him in it. He was a bit of a big baby, but still. We actually didn't even get to use the cover in the winter. Thin jacket, hat, mitts, booties and blanket instead.
