View Full Version : Question Regent Advisory?? help me

ok i was looking at the britax wesite and as i have 2 regents thought id look up for any Advisory/Recalls and when i looked at the dom's for my boys seats they fall into the crack where i was suppose to get the update kits...but i havent recieved anything.
I did register both seats (July last yr) at my grandmothers residence in Tuscon AZ, as im in Australia, but she said she hasnt recieved anything...
what should i do ???
besides calling them ($$$ international calls)....is there an email address i can contact them via..i cant find any on their website.anyone got one for these kinds of issues.

Could someone double check the seats info for me. Both seats are installed using the short belt path method without latch as i dont have latch in my car.

Maybe ive got it wrong and dont need the advisory kits ..its late here and ive had a big day aswell as preegie brain..lol

Since your seats are pre-advisory you can either use or not use the update kits. I don't know if they are sent out or if you have to request them. Here's an address, I don't know if it will help.

Our Regents are pre-advisory, too, with March '06 DOMs and registered with Britax shortly after we purchased them. We received update kits for both in the mail automatically without any further calls to Britax, within a month or so of the advisory announcement last year.
