What would you get?
DD is 13 months and currently in her safeseat, still has about 3 inches above her head. She is 23lbs and heigh, well at last check 30inches, dh and i are both on the shorter side, 5'7 and 5'5
We have a Blvd in dh car which is used for all out of town trips since mine is a gas guzzler.
I drive about 5 minutes to daycare and across town to the further place is about another 5 minutes
I was going to get another Blvd, like the SIP feature but now with all the great comments about the True Fit, i am second guessing that.
My options are
#1 - True Fit
#2 - Wait for the Graco Nautilus to come out and her to out grow her safeseat which will probably be 18-20 months i would guestimate.
#3 - Hope that dd last until 2 in her safe seat and get the Frontier
#4 - something else

Personally, I would get the TrueFit and then use whichever seat I like better in the primary vehicle, and the other in the secondary vehicle. Then I'd probably be tempted to use the TrueFit RF 30-35lbs in the primary vehicle and the Blvd as a secondary seat until she is FF in both. Even though we have 30lb infant seats now, the jump from an infant seat to a FF only seat seems a bit scary :)

True Fit w/o debate.
I don't like the idea of babies going from the SafeSeat to something like Nautilus or Frontier, despite the fact that they would probably meet the weight, height and age requirements. These seats are upright and I'm not comfortable to make that suggestion to go from SS1 to a ff-only seat.

I wouldn't opt to move from the SS1 to a ff only seat. Most babies outgrow the SS1 long before 30lbs and usually before age 2.
I'd move to a rf convertible post SS1. I'd look at the TrueFit because of the 35lb rf limit. But I think I'd hold out for as long as possible to see if we get the model with the anti-rebound foot.
I wouldn't get another BV because of the high price point and the fact that it has a 30lb rf limit.
One of the best defences against side impact collisions is to rf for as long as possible. So for me, the 35lb rf limit of the TF over-rides the TSIP headwings fo the BV. My goal would be to rf for as long as possible. I hope that makes sense. :)

Joining the convertible chorus. In your shoes, I'd invest in a True Fit or a Blvd, which ever installs nicer in your vehicle ...

True Fit, those extra 5lbs RF are something that I feel are extremely important.
