Radian 65 - FF, do i use the Safe Stop?

OMG i am so confused, i don't know if i am suppose to use this or not.

Brand new seat to us, for my 42lb 4 year old DS. He is FF, and the seat is still attached with the lower LATCHED strap, as the weight limit is 48lb in our 2001 windstar. I currently have it tethered as well, which for us goes behind the seat, and then attached to the frame of the seat (not on the floor)

Do i use the Safe stop or not???

The SafeStop is for children under 40lbs, who are forward-facing. Because your child is over 40lbs, you would not use the SafeStop. Confusing? Yes! :)
