When to use the Radian Safe Stop

Can someone clarify when to use the Radian Safe Stop and when not to use it?
The manual is confusing me... Thanks!
(I do know it cannot be used RFing)

rf? no safestop
no tether? no safestop
over 40 lbs? no safestop

basically- only for a ff child under 40 lbs with the tether in use. :)

So a seatbelt install (with top tether) is okay if the child meets the criteria you mentioned?

yes. use the it if the radian is tethered ff and the child is under 40 lbs. Safestop use is not affected by seatbelt vs lower anchors.
