I'm attempting to install the Britax Roundabout in my Lexus RX330 but the angle is not right. When my son (just about 6 months and 22 lbs) falls asleep his head falls forward and just doesn't look right. Is there a place to teether the seat in the RX330 while rear facing?
I'm using the LATCH system, if that matters on the outside behind the passenger seat.

Do you have the base in recline mode? Some tricks for getting it more reclined are to get the front of the base as close the the seat back as possible and push down over where his bottom goes as you tighten the LATCH belt. If that doesn't work, you can add a pool noodle section or a tightly rolled towel under the front of the base in the seat bight. It needs to be reclined at least 30 degrees from vertical, but no more than 45.
rf tether points are toward the front of the vehicle so the tether angles forward rather than down or back. They should be metal, immovable and anchored to the vehicle frame. Seat legs generally work well. You cannot tether rf to the same seat as where the carseat is installed. If you do find a spot, make sure that you don't get the tether too tight. It shouldn't affect the recline angle and overtightening has been linked to broken recline mechanisms.

I have a RX330 too. When I install my BV I put the seat in the third reclined position. (The manual says you can use first or third.) This helps the front of the BV seat to be closer to the Lexus car seat and helps with the recline. It is also great when you FF if your child doesn't want to be completely upright.

I'm confused when you talk about the first or third reclined position . Are you talking about the BV or the RX? The Boulevard can only be upright or reclined--there aren't multiple positions for it. My dh has the RX, so I can't read the manual to see if you're talking about the vehicle seat.

1 1st lock position
2 3rd lock position
1. Fold the seatback forward and then back to the 1st lock
position (most upright position) until it locks into place.
Adjust the seatback to the 3rd lock position.
Make sure the seatback is locked securely.
