Tacoma tether anchor

Hello! Can someone look in their LATCH handbook and see if there is a top tether in 1998 Toyota Tacoma single cab (I think 2 wheel drive)? If not can one be installed? Part number? Any help is much appriciated...I am trying to help my friend who is in Arizon and I am not much help via e-mail from Oregon. Thanks to anyone who can help!

Apologies- I hope someone else can answer this for you. Unfortunately, I left my LATCH manual at a recent event and do not have it back, yet.

Unfortunately, according to the LATCH manual, MY '96-'00 Tacomas cannot be retrofitted with tether anchors.
