I have a new one coming today I can take you some pictures when it gets here. Surely its an 08 model at least.

Ok, hon, I can see why your having some problems.

These pics are of the top tether on a Sept 08 Regent.

I left them big so you could hopefully see more detail.

1st: You need to take one of end top tether and thread it down the back of your regent between the esp foam and the shell. Be VERY careful as you can easily break your foam and you can't take it off.

2nd. Thread the bottom gold metal piece through the bottom hole in the shell.

3rd. Thread the gold metal loop through the top hole (should look like 1st picture now)

4th. Take gold end metal piece and thread it through the gold metal loop above. (2nd picture)

This is what it will look like when you are done. You might have to work out some of the slack in the belt to get it tight.

And this is what the top tether will look like coming over the shell. Now all you need to do is do the other side. Hope this helps.

WOW... I think anyone would have had probs figuring THAT out.

I'm just still amazed Britax wouldn't give you any help figuring it out.
