I'm thinking about getting the Tru Fit. Will it fit outboard with the headreset RF in a 2002 Honda Civic Sedan?

How high is the shell with and without the headrest? I'm concerned the front seat will be in the way. Is it seat really wide and the door panels will hit it?

I read somewhere about some seatbelts (Honda Odyssey) being too thick and not being able to lock? Will this be a problem for my car?

I have put a RF Marathon outboard in a 2002 Civic Sedan. It fit with plenty of room. I am not sure how the TF compares to it in size front to back. I would guess that maybe it would be smaller front to back because of the lack of a base, but I am not sure.

My daughter has the TF in a 2005 Civic. With the headrest it fits fine in the middle and the seat belt installs fine with both belts in the lock offs. It is a bit of a struggle to close and I couldn't tighten extremely tight or the belt would slip out of position. However, once the lock offs were fastened it was a tight install and only moves about 1/4 " at the belt path.

I haven't tried it outboard, but think it will have to be more upright to have room for the front passenger.
