I would really like to buy it on AlbeeBaby but it seems that their customer service is not good. I called them... no response... leave a message... didn't get a call back... Email them, they didn't bother to reply. Don't know if they're looking for a business or what?! Any other place (with good customer service) that you can recommend to buy this? Thanks.

That's odd. I ordered a Graco Safeseat from them and it arrived quickly and in great shape. I know of others that have had great luck with them as well. For other retailers, I would maybe try travelingtikes.com or babycatalog.com.

I've ordered many times form Albeebaby.com, and my products always come fast :). I've never had to send anything back, so I've never tried to contact them directly, but I've always been happy.
