Ok - so I was sent a new Mossy Oak cover from Britax - thankfully still under warranty - and the cover says Mossy Oak Breakup on it? It looks like a stamp almost? Anybody else ever seen this? The seat has Mossy Oak emblems on it (like a circle shape two tone thing) but under 1 emblem is says "Mossy Oak Breakup"...Just got it today and now have to wait until Monday to call them - UGH!!!!!!!!!

Any help?

Actually, mine does have a small 2-toned oval shaped emblem in several places in the print, but couldn't see any wording. But now I'm thinking I have seen that before - maybe on my sister's cover. I'll ask her.

Thanks let me know! I just find it very odd and am planning to sell it and buy something else- just do not want the value to go down because of the words on it...

Mossy Oak prints that on everything that companies put their pattern on. It's even on fourwheelers that are covered with that pattern. I would be surprised if any of the mossy oak covers didn't have that. It's some kind of licensing thing.

They print the words on the cover you mean? or the emblem?

If using photobucket, copy the img code that is under the pic and paste it in your post here. :)

Ok, now seeing a photo, I'm positive I've seen that before. But like I said, not on my seat. Must be on my sisters. Don't know if it makes a difference, but I had ordered the one for my sister separately, but mine came on the seat.

Kind of off topic, but I'm surprised they had just a cover around to send you! I thought they didn't have any more of the Mossy Oak seats or covers to sell.

I was really hoping they would say they were out of it and I could pick a different cover but....SOOO you girls think it is normal for it to have the words on it? Just seemed so odd

Just have to say, you should have no problems selling it! I know there have been people on here dying to find one!

With the amount of Mossy Oak stuff laying around here, I would find it odd if it didn't have the wording! I would have loved to get that cover when I had our MAs!

Okay, so Mossy Oak is a brand name for hunting equipment? I have always wondered who they designed that cover to cater to and this explantation would make it much more clear to me! Kind of like when Peg does John Deere (farm equipment) strollers.

yeah its owned by some pther company but they have diffierent camo prints for different types of hunting...so the mossy oak break up is one type. othrs have twigs or some ook like pine tree branches. i think they tried to market it towards men who had to have car seats in their trucks
