Does anyone know if the Britax Vigour is compatible with carseats other than Britax ones? One website I found says "Universal infant car seat adapter", but I didn't exactly understand what that means and I can't seem to find definitive info anywhere.

Thanks~!

Does anyone know? :thanx!:

I have a Graco Snugride and I'd love to know if I can use it w/ the Vigour. I can't seem to find any info online and I don't really know who to contact to fnd out. Maybe Britax? But I'm sure they push the Companion w/ the Vigour.

Any ideas?
Thanks!

I think that stroller is so heavy and the seat is so small that none of us stroller addicts have even been temped to buy it at even the clearance price :o

Really?! That's not good! I didn't realize it was so unpopular!

I know the babies outgrow the Snugride so quickly- that's why I was tempted to use DD's again and then get the baby a Marathon when she outgrew it.

What do you guys put newborns in for carseats??

Thanks for the reply!

Just to clarify, Jools is saying the Vigour's seat is very small (not the snugride's).

What do we normally recommend for infants in carseats as a stroller? The snap'n'go (http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2327597).

Its lightweight, cost affective, steers well, and folds small.

The best part is that when you are through with your infant seat, you don't have a stroller that you might not like just because it was incompatable with the infant seat.

Thank you for the clarification re the Vigour seat...now that you mention it, I have seen a lot of comments about the small seat on reviews.

I really like the ides of the Snap N Go. Are there any huge differences b/t the Baby Trend one and the Graco version? I'm still trying to decide if I should recover DD's and use it again or just get a new one.

Thanks again!!
