seat area around where the adjuster flap is.
cover set includes belly pad, unused infant support, and strap covers
in addition to the seat pad and head rest covers.

In my experience, yes. You have to take out a few stitches and it's a little harder to get on and off, but it works fine. I have a pic of a Blvd cover on my WZ somewhere because a friend wanted to know, and at the time I had one of each.:whistle:

If I had a girl I would get a girly Blvd cover for me WZ. The boy/neutral covers just never had enough appeal for the price, and the girly ones weren't out until DD wasn't using the WZ anymore.
