The harness on my GN was beginning to fray and the buckle has been getting stuck so I emailed Graco and within 12hours they responded by telling me that they have ordered me a replacement harness and I should recieve it in about 10days!
I'm very impressed :)

Cool. I got a replacement headrest cover because mine faded. They said it would be about 10 days and it was 3.
