They'll Replace the Seats!

Just received an e-mail from our insurance adjuster today stating to fax him the receipt for our new seats and they will reimburse us for them. Ahh...time to go shopping! Good thing I already know what I want (and please don't try to change my mind!) 2 new Nauti's in Reese coming up!

We had heard "no" so many times that I was just chalking it up to a lost cause. We sent an e-mail a week ago asking for a letter of liability if they wouldn't replace our seats from dh's very minor accident. I hadn't pushed too hard (yet) but we had sent the one e-mail. The next step was phone calls but don't have to do that! :thumbsup:

looking at your kids stats they both meat the requirments. Looks like you have had experience with it as well. Might as well get what you know and like.

Yay! I went back looking for your old post and I couldn't find it, I'm glad you got it resolved. That whole liability thing usually works, did for us anyways. We replaced AJ's old GN w/ the Reese as well, he wanted a fuzzier one, but I told him that's as fuzzy as they come. Now we just have to wait till maybe this weekend to get the other 2 seats.
