Need to find CHEAP Graco Safeseat! Where to start?

I have determined I love the baby in the snugride she has(but, currently I am installing it without the base, because mom and dad needed theres and mom hasn't gotten around to buying one yet).

So...that said... I want her to stay in this through the winter.... I will have another baby to use it for(daycare baby who will be around 3 months in Febuary).

So.. I can't afford alot, but I really NEED a safeseat. Any cheap ones out there? I see lots on ebay, but I won't buy a used seat from someone I don't know and know the history of the seat.

Thanks! I did see those, but hoping somewhere lower in price(i know that is probally impossable)! But, hey I thought I would never find an ETA for 33ish dollars!
