Ok here I go again with my millions of questions. I've go an EFTA for my DD...Well its been working fine, but when I went to loosen the straps today, I had a really hard time, and when you loosen them, and try to pull on both straps to get them even they DO NOT move. Is that normal or is there something wrong with my seat? I do not have a problem with my safety 1st avenue, getting them even. But this one will not budge... I called evenflo and she told me that when I press the red button on the knob make sure I pull on the strap on that side, then pull on both straps to even them out....Well when I do that it loosens up but they will not budge to even them out. I've not tried her in i to make sure they are even, do they by some chance when you loosen it both sides loosen up to be even? I'm not sure if this question even makes any since or not. My main questions are is there a defect in my seat, because toys r us had it on clearance I got it tax and all for $85.00 and its the one that goes to 50 lbs...? I was just wondering if I need to exchange it and get another one if there is a chance this one has a defect. Thanks in Advance....:)

It's okay! I have had a problem a time or two loosening my straps on my EFTA as well! I just set them where they need to be & try not to move them unless I absolutly HAVE to! So they can be hard to lossen, but I only have to push one side to loosen both straps. Good Luck & glad you got it figured out!

BTW: you got a GREAT price on it! What cover did you get?

Thanks. No I dont usually move the straps, this was just the first time I tried to adjust them, because I didnt know how to loosen them. My DD actually fit in them when I bought it...lol. So I wanted to make sure I could. All's well now. Thanks for your feedback. I may have more questions about the seat later on...Like I said I freak out really QUICK over the car seat issue...:)

I do have another question for you. can you use the pillow that came with the seat when they are FF? or is it only for RF? Just curious
